You can file suit for divorce on these grounds and if you havewitnesses who are ready to give testimony of your husband's misdeeds then you would not face any difficulty to get divorce.
These are the evidences you should be looking out for:
Cell phone records showing lots of calls to a particular number, often at times of the night that suggest intimacy.
Travel records that coincide with those of a particular person, perhaps demonstrating that your spouse and another person have ended up traveling to the same town as each other on three different occasions during the last few months.
Photographs of your spouse and another person together outside that person’s home or apartment, in a position that suggests but does not prove intimacy.
Testimony from co-workers (if you can get it) that your spouse and the other person seemed to have a romantic relationship.
And if you can get it, computers can be gold mines.

For harassment and torture you can file case under DV Act and claim compensation etc. You can also claim maintenance if not having sufficient income to maintain.
Regarding divorce it is difficult to get on the ground of adultery without solid proof but it can be granted on the ground of cruelty.
