Mental and Physical Harassment by Husband and child custody

Dear Sir/Madam I am Victim of harassment by my husband(in kota) and now i am live with my parents in jaipur (from last 2 months). My Husband is used to of Liqueur and he is totally dependent on his parents .My child (aged 6 years) is also in kota .My husband is Tantalize me for my child. My In-laws is forcing me to come and stay there through my child. Please provide me remedy and suggest the way, so that I am able to get my son back as soon as possible. If i want to go to kota for bring my son back could there any legally obligation or charges that they could imposed on me. Thanks .
