Hi
You can proceed before family court for nullity of marriage if the marriage is not consummated.
If the marriage is consummated then you have to wait for divorce for 8 months.
Before one year of marriage no divorce is possible.

Better inform your parents and go for proper counseling, Understand each other and sort out the dispute.

let your family discuss the same and try to settle the things mutually, Hope that works for you.

Marriage is not children's play Mister....Jab bhi maan hua to kiya aur maan ne naa bola to tod diya.

Please note that marriage is a LEGAL relationship. That means law takes cognizance this relationship, and the law creates certain legal rights in, and imposes legal duties on both the partners to marriages.

Once this legal relationship - of MARRIAGE - is created, there is no escape from it, without taking recourse to law. In other words, you cannot break the marital ties, without obtaining a divorce from the Court. That is a long drawn process.

You have not stated any REASON as to why you don't want to stay with her. So can't comment on the correctness of your reason.

Whatever the reason, I would advice you to first think calmly. You have married her means you must have had some affection for her. Is it finished just within four months?

Think calmly! Don't take decisions in haste. Its a question of your and her life.

Only way to break the marriage, as it appears to me is to obtain divorce from the Court.
