Married when I was minor can I get a null and void decree

Hello sir, I was married in when I was minor. Now i am 26 year old. I did not see my wife after marriage. now i have got a job. some days before my father-in-law call my father that they will go to court. Actually I do not want this marriage to continue. could you please suggest me whether this is a case of null marriage or void marriage or court will consider as a legal marriage, and whether i need to take proper divorce.If I take divorce then what may be compensation. thank you
U r married when u r minor ,now u have completed 26 ur and u aulthough u didn't see ur wife after marriage but still she is ur wife case is neither null nor voidable marriage due limitation act, only divorce is option with u if don't want marriage rest on VI's a vise

Dear friend as per your question and acording to law you send a notice for knowledge of marrige also void consent and file a divorce petition before family court because hindu marriage act section 5 attracted you so now you send a legal notice in laws
