You can file a police complaint against this said person and state the particular fact that the incident happened when u were intoxicated for which there is a specific provision in the Indian Penal Code along with the fact that your documents are also in his custody.

Since you were not in healthy state of mind at the time of your marriage so your marriage is null and void and if the marriage is not registered before Registrar Hindu Marriage act then it has no legal value so don't worry about this.
Regarding your documents and qualifications, please take help of local police or get a duplicate copies of all the documents. Now a days all education boards and universities eaisly issue's duplicate copies of marksheet and other documents.

The marriage was void as such it has no legal significance. You must lodge an FIR against the person regarding the fraud which has been played, theft of your documents and threats regarding demand of money in your nearest police station. For the purpose of lodging an FIR, hiring a lawyer is not necessary. You can yourself give a written application (FIR) to the police. In case police refuses to lodge an FIR or does not investigate in a fair and just manner then you can hire a lawyer.
