Married to a foreigner how can I file for divorce

My sis 30 got married to a NRI from uk. May 9 2016 he is very abusive to her. Shouts at her accuses her. She's in depression. They haven't even lived as husband and wife yet Bcs his father had to undergo radiotherapy so he flied back home after marriage immediately.How can we proceed with divorce? Pls pls advice
