i regstred marred 3 mnths back but now we are not together living we want divorce what procedure we will face next.we cant living together becasuse everyday clashes..please help me

You need to wait until 1 year for filing the divorce. If you spouse will agree for the divorce by mutual consent, it would be the easier method to obtain for the divorce. If you are living apart, to make the desertion as ground for divorce, your husband should have deserted you for 2 years.
