Married life not so good want to file divorce what is the procedure

Hi , I am basically from mumbai but working in Singapore . I am newly married and my wife is expecting a child . But my married life is not going good. I am planing for divorce but at same time i am afraid if i file for divorce my wife will drag me into fake legal case . i will be completing 1 yr of marriage on 15th may 2016 . Please suggest how safe is it to file divorce?

Dear client getting divorce for man in India is not easy. U must have strong reason with support of evidence for the same. U can file divorce after completion of one year of marriage on one of grounds like cruelty adultery disease as per yr case. For any legal help call me

Dear clients,you have not given grounds on which you want divorce from your wife.Before completing 1 yr. of your marriage you can not file divorce petition except exceptional circumstances.For further details you can contact me.
