Divorce petition can not be filed with in one years time, their is legal bar for the same, you have to explore the possibility of filing a petition for annulment of the Mariage , if you need to file it within 2 one years time, their are number of reasons for the same one could approach the court

As per Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, One year has to elapse from the date of your marriage to approach any family court for divorce either by way of contesting case or mutual divorce etc. As of now you cannot file a divorce petition before the family court. further registration of marriage is not compulsory for filing divorce petition.
