well you are legally weded wife in laws canot balme yu for your husband ill health unfortunately your husband is not working due to illheath you have right in your husband property if self acquired or got from parents by operation of law if your inlaws torture you you can file a case against your inlaws before police or before women cell more over you can approach us for further proceeding as well as for filing cases if any
