Divorce on any ground can be filed by either parties only if you have completed 1 year of co habitation, in mutual consent both parties must have been living apart from each other at least for 1 year, only then can you file a divorce under mutual consent.

No, you cannot file any sort of Divorce petition before the family court within 1 year from the date of your marriage. Even for filing a mutual divorce, 1 year has to elapse from the date of your marriage. I suggest you that in case if you need to get separate within 1 year better to have an understanding in writing about your divorce settlement terms and after the expiration of 1 year you can file a mutual divorce case which it takes 6 and a half months.

You can't file for divorce with in one year of the marriage.

After the completion of one year you could file for the mutual consent petition before the court.

Once you file you need to wait for 6months for the final legal proceedings.
