If you are a male then you will be prosecuted for bigamy which is a criminal offence. If you are a female then your husband has a solid ground of divorce and you cant ask for the maintainance. Rest depend upon facts.

Legally you can't.you can be charged for adultery which is a criminal offence.

So you are advised not to indulge in it.if you are so desperate to be with the other man then seek legal divorce and have live in or lead a married life with the other man.

It depends on the fact that wheter you are male or female.
If female:
1.your husband may initiate criminal proceeding against your proposed partner to accompany you in live-in.(but not against you).
2. You husband may file divorce case.
3. You may not be entitled to get any maintainance amonut from your husbad.
If male:
1. Wife may file divorce petition against you.
2.she may initiate criminal proceedings for cruelty.
