Married a girl when I was 20 but never stayed together

I am a 30 year old person. I got married to a girl secretly, when I was 20 years old( year 2005) (Forged my DOB certificate to make it 21 Years) in court. We never stayed together and marriage never existed. She has also mutually agreed for separation. what my option can I get divorce

You have raised issues related to divorce with your wife where both are ready for mutual divorce. If the marriage solemnized in Marriage Court then you can file divorce petition on mutual ground under Special Marriage Act and marriage solemnized under Hindu Marriage then file a mutual divorce under Hindu Marriage Act . My advice to you that file a divorce petition and after filing the divorce petition appear your wife in which wife will accept your whole claim under compromise petition, it will be the safer place for you where wife can not deny the compromise petition.
