Married a girl in temple now her parents want her to marry her again

Hello sir we where in relationship for 6 years and last year Dec 7th we got married in temple and we filled a notary through lawer and we where together for 6 months after marriage but due to some misunderstanding we separated and now she is in her home nd engagement over for her with another guy and marriage fixed for her in the month of March 2017, plz guide how to overcome these problems

If you can provide the proof of marriage, you can file for restitution of conjugal rights. If she marries during the subsistence of the first marriage, she will be guilty of offence of Bigamy under IPC. Such marriage is void.

You have two options, you can file complaint before jurisdictional police or with valid documents which are shows that you are married with her you can file restitution of conjugal rights case before competent court .
