Marriage registered not lived together how to anull marriage

I(Hindu) have a registered marriage in the month of may and traditional has to be done in coming november.i didn't meet the girl after marriage.then after I flew for Delhi where I do job.after one month I found pic of girl in obscene position with other guy.the sender told me that they are even in connection after marriage . The guy meets her at her home when she is alone. I have recording of sender. The girls family also hide the fact that she was younger sister. Her elder sister yet to marriage. I don't want to live with her. Girls family is threatening me to forcibly live with a the girl.What should I do and what action the girls family can take against me?

You can file a divorce petition under section 13 of the hindu marriage act. In addition to it, you can also file a criminal case against her and her family member in pursuance of section 420 indian penal code.

They can't force you. File a divorce petition before court stating all the documented facts. You will get relief. The girl can file an application before court for restitution of conjugal rights under Hindu Marriage Act

File a divorce case in the family court making the ground of illicit relationship and adultery if you don't want to live with the Lady plus you can also complain this to the judicial magistrate in anticipation that they can file a 498A case against you and you might be implicated in a false case.
