Marriage on false information and domestic violence what can I do

I got married in Mar'16 & currently staying with my husband in Delhi.I had met him via a social networking site. Both of our families met,agreed & decided 2 take this forward & fixed our marriage. The boy' family had demanded a cash dowry of Rs 5 Lacs which my parents paid them. My parents had asked him about his credentials b4 marriage 2 which he had sent a document stating his assets,copy of degrees & current offer letter. Nw 2 months after my marriage I came 2 knw that he has an affair with a girl, has huge loans on his name, doesnt earn wt he had claimed and indulges in phy violence.
Mam, your marriage is based on the fraud committed by ur in laws and ur husband. It is a ground for divorce. We have to file a petition before family court and further we have to lodge a police complaint also.

The facts of false information and extra marital affair are good grounds for divorce and you shuffle not wait any further

As per indian marriage law, you can not go for a divorce before 1 year and thre is a mandatory period of 1 year for separation. You can file separate complaint for cheating and can ask for damages and compensation
