Living with my parents in laws asking me to come back

I am a married girl, two girl kid of 5 and 4 years, but my husband and his family is not good, I am living with my parents and brother from 4 years, now my husband family wants ,me to come back, but I don't want to go there, as my child career concern and my life security. I want legal divorce first priority and need some Monetary help legally from my husband. please help me what will be the procedure, and how much % i will get justice.
