legal result of remarriage when divorce is pending & filing false 498A

1. Can a (Hindu) woman remarry when her previous mutual consent case is pending in the court? 2. if answer is no. what IPC clause is applicable on her? 3. After marriage can she file 151 clause and 498a on husband and the whole family? 4. What action a husband and his family can take against the girl if the 498a is rejected or cancelled ?

1 & 2) Girl or boy cannot remarry unless divorce decree is passed and if they do so, the marriage would be null and void. Legal course is open to take declaration from the court.
3) 498 complaint she can file. Right or wrong it is for the court to decide. If the court holds that the complaint was false, you can claim damages from her.

1 No Hindu women cant remarry when her previous case is pending before the court.
2 IPC 494 and 495 and Section 17 of HMA. Bigamy is one of the legal and valid ground for seeking the divorce.
3 Yes she can file 151, 498a, if she is victim.
