12-Aug-2023 (In Divorce Law)
My friend got married on 01/05/2016 and after 4months of marriage the girl said she is not compatible and want a divorce. He tried to convince her but she was firm. But since 1year was not completed they had to wait. But she left the house and started living separately. Meanwhile my friend got job in another city and he also left that house. Now when 1 year is completed when he approached the girl for mutual consent, she is pressurising on ex-parte. And now she even stopped replying him. What can be done
