Hi, mera sawal hai ki, agar patni nehi chahti hai pati ke sath rehene ko to koi problem hogi kya ? aur agar wo ghar chod deti hai to koi case ho sakti hai kya ? patni ke sath,, wo apni pati ke ghar chod dena chahti hai. aur apni marjikanhi chali jayegi,,, pls koi solution dijiye sir, agar case huya patni ke sath ki ghar chod diya boll ki, to koi problem hogi kya ? agar patni apni marji se ghar chod ki chal jati hai...
If wife is not interested to live with husband and ready to leave leave in laws house as well as husband is agree with the wife then it is advice to file case for mutual divorce before the family court

Agar patni bina kisi wajah pati ka saath ya uska Ghar chodke chali jaati hai toh pati ke paas option hai ki woh Section 9 petition for restitution of conjugal rights file kar sakta hai aur court se darkhaast kar sakta hai ki patni ko pati ke saath rehne ka aadesh dia jaaye.
