Justice for woman for divorce financial settlement

Hello sir/ madam, my cousin was forced for divorce by her psycho husband and during settlement claimed for financial support and only filled 50% and without prior notice court declared divorce and even lawyer played drama along with them. Now during 5th he planned for another marriage with out justice. Even they show faulty things . Please help us..

If the divorce settlement is not done properly by the family court as per your cousin's expectation or satisfaction, she can approach high court and file an appeal against the decree and bring the matter to the notice of the high court. If the facts are properly contended before the high court, the family court's decree may be set aside and proper justice may be imparted to your cousin.

You have not mentioned the complete details , however you said settlement was done between bot the parties and only 50 % was received so do you have the proof that you are entitle for more 50 % from him. Court will send notice and if you not appear then exparte divorce will be given, As you know that an divorce is passed then did you again approached to court saying .
