Judge ordered CMO for impotancy test. CMO don't know where it happens.
27-Aug-2023 (In Divorce Law)
My sister was married to an impotent person in 2012. We thereafter filed for divorce and now the case is in the Nanital High court. The Judge has ordered the CMO to get the impotency test done, but the CMO responded to us that he does not know where this test is done. What can we do now?
Hello. Kindly file an urgent application citing the fact that CMO is unable to do the test. Kindly apprise the court of the same and tell the Hon'ble Judge that CMO is declining to obey this court orders. You can even call me if suitable
