Issues with husband and mother in law. Lies told at time of marriage.

17-Oct-2023 (In Divorce Law)

During marriage talks boys parents told about the boy work n salary was not true. More over I came across dowry issues after marriage ( my mother in law n husband used to say very less dowry we got) but what we agreed we gave them all. After 2 years I was gifted by baby girl..then my in law started blaming for girl child. She started spoiling my husband mind for money from my parents, for my salary and other benefits which I got from my family. They started mental arrasment n now my husband started beating me after listening to their mother. Now I am at my moms house. How can I get justice.

in that you are not interested to live with your parents go for Domestic violence case by the Women cell which is near by your jurisdiction and registered your case about your husband and in laws who torture you. after that go for Divorce in the court if you not wiling to go with your husband.

second opinion if you interested to live with your husband in that Again go with your Domestic Violence case and in that police ask why are doing this with you and thereafter you have to suggest what you think about your husband.

do you want to continue with the relationship with your husband or not. if not then you can make a complaint to the CAW cell for the harassment and dowry demand. because this step of yours may annoy your husband and things could move towards parting ways. as there is a child from your marriage please think before you take this step as this might adversely effect your relationship.
