Is wife entitled to take divorce from husband and ask for maintenance

She have 3 children's. 2 girl & 1 boy. Elder girl study in +1. She wanna divorce but she have money problem. Her husband govt teacher. If she can take divorce can her husband give money for children's studies & all. How long is processing?
She can take divorce as well can file complaint to take maintainece under section 125 CRPC. If the husband denies to give divorce and contest the divorce and maintanece complaint, then the cases would take strong 6 months to one year. But can be completed earlier too. It depends upon how soon the evidence is been conducted. Though if lady fight with full conviction she will get the desired results.

Yes wife can take divorce from her husband on ground of desertion and cruelty.evn she got maintenance from her husband .after divorce she can get maintenance till she marry again.she can file maintenance application during pendency of divorce case
