I have a settlement deed as a proof of divorce. can i do second marriage. Will it legal. Will there is requirement of divorce decree at the time of registration of second marriage. I m hindu
Yes you do require your divorce decree for the second marriage because divorce has not been granted yet and your second marriage is illegal. After divorce also you need tk wait foe the period of three maonths
