Is there any way to get divorce granted without going to the court

1. Any how divorce is conducted in Hindu Marriage act without court order by district judge? 2. Mutually divorce by advocate, is it granted by law for 2nd Marriage? (Please answer me clearly this issues, thank you)

Answer in Question No.1 No Divorce can be valid in the eye of law which was obtained in any other way except the Decree passed by the Ld. District Judge or concern Family Court of the District.
Answer in Question No.2 Advocate can't have any authority or Licence to give letter, Deed of Agreement etc for Mutual Divorce. Therefore, save and except Decree of Divorce passed by the Ld. 1. No. You must be present before court on few occassions. No final order or judgement or decree can be passed without your presence.
2. No Advocate has any right to order any divorce. If such done then its an offence. Untill u get divorce from Court 2nd is prohibited.

No. You cant get a decree of divorce without going to court. You have file a petition before a district judge if you want Divorce. Mutual Divorce under section 13B of Hindu Marriage Act 1955 is also being conducted at district court It can not be done mutually by the advocates out of the court.

No divorce can happen without going to court, be it a mutual divorce or a contested divorce, it is mandatory one has to seek such divorce decree from court and no advocate is authorised to grant any divorce mutually.
