Any IDs proof i.e. pancard, adhar card, driving license or passport any of the above document is required. I say any one document and court can't insist that only adhar card. i hope it is very clear to you

Hi
For obtaining decree of mutual consent, both the parties should produce photo and address proof.
Adhar is not a conclusive address proof.
If you have passport then it is sufficient to show your address proof.

Hello,

There is no need for a Aadhar Card of your wife to be absolutely necessary. In Fact a Passport/ Ration Card or a PAN Card is enough to establish identity.
There is no such mandate for a Aadhar Card to be present for Divorce by Mutual Consent.
