Is second marriage valid, first wife took divorce after marriage

Hello...i had a court marriage with my husband but after a year I got to know that he was already married and he took his divorce with his first wife after few months of your marriage so my question is, Is my marriage valid or void?

According to section 4 of special marriage act a person cannot have a living spouse and under section 24 it is void. From your situation the said marriage is void but the cause of action and the right to declare it void the is only with you. If you want to end your alleged marriage you can take action in court against him to declare it void.
