Is it punishable to hide keloid before marriage as per indian law

Will there be any punishment for hiding keloid details before marriage as per Indian law for muslim marriage ?
I had keloids on my shoulders. I got it treated before marriage , however keloid gets flattened but the skin color still remains different to that of natural skin.
It got flattened and doctor informed that it cannot be removed completely and it stayed like that.
During marriage as it was almost flat and I stopped worrying about it, i did not inform it to my wife and their parents.
However after 1 year of marriage, my wife wants to get divorce because of keloids. As she thinks that children might also get keloids.

Keloid is not heridical or gens spreader to family members so don't get worried. your wife cannot get divorce on this issue alone, you can be cool and safe from divorce as this is not at all a ground.

There is no legal punishment for keloid as per Indian law for mulim marriage. But it is always better to inform before marriage to bride about the keloid. It is transferable to other generation, you must take medical advise before giving birth to next generation.
