Dear sir, Wife 2015 court file domestic act and 2016 498a how to possible and kindly suggest my side any file the court act
no ur not file 498a against ur husband or his relative because earlier u take action by way of domestic voilence act..and thereafter u file divorce petition.
u have file 125 cr.p.c for maintenance application,
and alongwith interim relief
