Is it possible to register a second marriage without divorce decree

Unless this man is a muslim he can't marry you without divorcing his wife . Any marriage you both perform secretly is invalid and not legal.Confide in your parents or sibling or friends even if they will scold you.

Hi I assume your first marriage was a Nikah . You must be having the talaqnama or Khula or Mubara of dissolution of this marriage , that is valid proof of the divorce.Alternatively you can file a declaratory suit in the Family Court declaring your marriage dissolved.
