Is it possible to getivorce within a month after 5 years of separation

I'm a Christian and I got married when I was 16 and separated from him for the past 5 years. My parents are asking them for the mutual divorce but it's not working so I want to take a step coz now I'm 24 where I can fight for my life. So how to get a divorce within a month or sooner ?

Since your marriage was held when you were a minor the marriage itself is null and void if either of spouse obtaining a decree of divorce from family court within two years of their attaining the legal age for marriage.
in your case, though a divorce is possible on grounds of judicial separation, divorce proceedings will take atleast 12-18 months.

You cannot get divorce within a month or sooner. You could have got mutual divorce had your husband accepted. Since your husband is not accepting for mutual divorce, go for contested divorce. File a divorce petition in your jurisdictional family court under any of the grounds applicable in your case under the Indian Divorce Act. Your divorce petition can take at least 2 to 3 years to get disposed off.
