is it necessary to pay the decided amount if the wife gets married

We have out of court settlement and at the time of MCD i had given two cheque. one cheque was cleared after 10 days of filing the petition. and another cheque has to be cheared after divorce. but my wife got married after 45 days of filling MCD and before divorce and now my wife and her relative demand cheque money. In our petition my lawyer did not show any cheque details. my cheque is going to be bounce. my question is should i need to pay money because my wife got married before divorce?

If MCD amount is mentioned in your petition than how could you prove the payment. .

You can stop the payment of the cheque, but before that you should send a notice to your wife, stating that you married without getting the decree of divorce, therefore my liability to pay second installment by that cheque is extinguished and I am stopping the payment of that cheque.

Yes, you need to pay it because it was condition present for mutual comment divorce. There must be some agreement between you Nd your wife before agreeing for mutual comment divorce. Either oral or written.
Even otherwise under the law, she is entire to permanent ali monu even if she remarries, but not maintenance.
