Is it mandatory for wife to disclose he salary to husband

right now the case is in court , we got married on Feb 2014, I came out with him on Dec and case got filed on April 2015 and right now its in Noties status..
He only keep the case and i am respondent, but i dont want divorse ...
1. Is it mandatory to give wife salary to husband .
2. whose responsibility to keep family.
3. when we quarel he use to ask and insist my salary to take and one time he changes all my credential of my bank account .
4. see if he can always insist and get quaral about my salary ,
how the wife and husband relation will build .

it is responsibility of the husband to take care of shelter, food, clothes and also the monthly expenses of the family. the husband is the provider.
the wife can also contribute to the shelter, food, clothes and monthly expenses if she wishes.
but a husband cannot ask his wife to share her income to meet household expenses.
