2days after marriage, iam getting tortured emotionally.getting verbal abuse from my husband. Can the marriage be null and void.marriage is not yet registered. Pls suggest. Its urgent
Yes, you can file petition for nullity of Marriage if the marriage was not consummated. (Consummated means physical relation in between husband and wife after valid marriage).
