Is infertility one of the ground for divorce.

1)If one party prepares divorce papers n signs, and send it to other party for sign, and the same is not willing to sign what next option left? 2) if male party is having immovable property weather the female party has got any right over the property? And vise versa? 3) if after divorce the male party proceeds for making threat disturbances whether court can guarantee for protection? whether there is any timebond limit for finalisation of divorce? 5)without any hard and fast reasons whether divorce can be valid? 6) weather infertility in one party can be a reason for divorce? 4) 4)

Ans: The you will have to contest the divorce .
 2)if male party is having immovable property weather the female party has got any right over the property? And vise versa?
Yes wife has the right on the husbands property, however husband will not have a right on the property however he can seek a  ground for not paying the maintenance
3) if after divorce the male party proceeds for making threat disturbances whether court can guarantee for protection?
In the divorce paper being filed in the court has to specify that both party will not intefer in each others life. Yes if the parties threatens the other party or cause any disturbance then you can seek protection order from court
 whether there is any timebond limit for finalisation of divorce?
In case of mutual consent divorce the party will have to file secon motion with a time period of 18 months. In case of contested divorce it takes approximately 3-4 years

Answers 1) If the other party is signing the divorce papers then you have got every option to file a contesting divorce Petition before the jurisdictional family court. 2) Yes, female party has got every right to seek half of the share in the immovable property stands in her husbands name. 3) Yes, as a condition in the divorce petition settlement agreement you can insist either of the parties to not to interfere in each other life in future. And if they breach then you have got right to execute the same. 4) Yes, infertility can be considered as one of the ground for divorce.
