Phele toh 100/- stamp paper pe likha k yeh divorce nahi Hota, usko ya toh registered karvau, ya fir court se decree leni padti hai, aur aap apne bacho ko apne pass laane ki kosish karo toh may be possible ho sakta hai.

Dear

You can file application for completing marriage life before appropriate court. There is a law which helps to full fill the marriage life by filing the petition. One more mistake you done is that you have taken Rs 100000 but you shows that this rs is for maintenance you and your child.

Thanks.

divorce on 100 stamp paper is not legally valid. it can be challenged by way of suit before the family court. you will have to satisfy the court that divorce was obtained fraudulently and by misrepresentation
