Inlaws took son without my permission what legal action can I take

24-Nov-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I have some marriage problem, and we are thinking for mutual separation. We have two boys with ages 4 and 7. My father and mother in law came to my house and almost kidnapped my younger boy when I was not in home. They are refusing us to return him. Please help. My older son is currently living with my sister in law. They have no issue. They are also involved with my in laws. Please help to get my child back.

You need to immediately file a police complaint with your local police station against each and everyone who is associated with acts and actions done by each of them. Thereafter you can approach the appropriate forum for custody of both your children.

Hi,
You should first lodge a police complaint against your in-laws and then you should file for the custody of your child. The process is not simple though and you should be prepared for a legal battle.
