Looks like your wife has aborted the child wihout your consent and she wants a divorce and maintenance/ alimony too without any fault of yours. She has been cruel to you. Therefore she's not entitled for any permanant maintenance or alimony. You can get divorce if you want on the ground of cruelty.

In this case you must send a legal notice asking her to consider mutual consent divorce. If she does not agree then file a contested divorce. You have the medical file with you which can strengthen your defence. That will help you if she files domestic violence also. Be patient and fight ethically. You will get your due.
