opinion:
You can get a divorce decree from the family court on the ground of mental cruelty as your wife left you for no sufficient cause. After getting divorce decree, you an marry the other girl. We handle matrimonial cases including divorce.

the type of matters are very personal and sensitive because apart from legal outfit, its more of a social / family traditional values which may have long lasting effects. Being lawyer i can advise you to file proper suit for separation / divorce in the proper forum with consent of your wife if possible. this will help to resolve many other legal hurdles. it need one to one discussion to prepare strategies

1st thing You can file divorce . But beware of its consequenses as u file a divorce she can file a suit for maintanence .. and can also ask frm u to maintain her and her child . So do a thing meet her and solve the problem first by talking her and then file divorce by mutual concent.
