In laws torture my daughter what are the rights of my daughter

My daughter is being tortured by her husband. He and his whole family abuses her and she is with us from past 8 months. what case can we slap on them given that we are suffering a lot. i want to destroy them as they have ruined my daughters life.
First file a maintenance case to burden them each month they have to pay u, they have to go jail if they faulter, secondly file a 498a case with some proof, u can also file for domestic violence & dowry case. Contact for full details.

So for as the rights of your daughter are concern it always arises after fulfilment of duties so if your daughter is being tortured by her husband and the relatives thereof she may file complacent in concern court or may file First Information report against all the concerns and may file case u/s 125 crpc for maintenance first give the details of.

Good evening, ur daughter in-laws are torture in which condition of ur daughter? If they demanding for dowery then file a suit 498 IPC and domestic violence, if they appear in these case and not ready for compromise then 125 cr.PC maintenance suit is better.
