In laws mentally harassing what action can I take ?

I am married since Dec 2012 and have no kids because of some medical reasons I cannot. am suffering so much issues pressure from my mother in-law and husbands side as it’s a love marriage but still there is no understanding in my relation. my mom in law has major influence on my husband n he agrees to whatever she says. Please help as I tired to face all these issues day by day .
You can file a domestic violence against your husband and your inlaws on grounds of causing physical, mental, emotional and verbal violence to you.
