In laws has taken my wife and kid from my home forcefully

My wife and kid has been taken by her father forcefully in september 2015. now they are not sending back. so what should I do now. I am asking them either send or give divorce but they are telling neither they will send nor they will give divorce. What should I do.
As your wife and child have been taken forcefully. you can file a complaint with the Police for the act committed by your father in law. you can even file for Restitution of Conjugal Rights (RSR) under Section 9 in the court on the bases that your wife has been taken and you want to live with her. the other option is that you can file for Divorce as well in the Family Court aginst your wife and a seperate case of Child Custody if you wish to obtaint the custody of your daughter.
