In laws and husband harassing for dowry

I got married on dec,15. before marriage my in-laws said no demand, later on they demanded furniture, cash & car. My husband wants my salary each month.he always monitor me all time by doing video and he humiliates me in front of others & he torched me physically and mentally Now we don't have any physical relationship, when I rise my voice they blame me that you don't know how to behave with elder, making issue all time to proof my character is bad and they are collecting information about my past lifestyle to proof me bad. can my past story will make the case weak if I will file case on him.
