In 1st enquiry FIR filed on one person what will happen in 2nd enquiry

Agar ek case me ek bar equiry par ek person pr fir darj hoti hai to scnd enquiry me kisi or pr ni ho skti kya?
Not nesseary but before presenting challan CRPC section 173 report by police any inquiry marked by higher police official add that person name in the FIR then it can be done . Anyother remedy is when trial is being conducted the complaint can take name of the person in his statement in court . And the court can summon that person under section 319 CRPC.

Ho sakti hai agar investigation mein koi evidence aagaya to naam add ho sakta hai, restrictions nahin hai baki purey facts dekh kar hi pata lagega baad mein challan ke bad bhi court summon kar sakti hai
