If wife files RCR, can husband file for divorce. Filling Rcr by wife , will it effect alimony and maintenance

Yes, husband can file a divorce petition even if the wife has filed RCR. However, the facts would determine the maintainability of either of the petitions. If husband has deserted the company of wife and she has filed RCR the facts if proved would go against the husband but the amount of maintenance depends upon other factors like requirements of wife, income of husband and so on.
