if wife files divorce can she get alimony how should i proceed?

My husband after 4 months of marriage left me he & my inlaws wanted dowry & were harassing us that we haven't given enough. I begged but he was unwilling to take me back later after 4 months of separation he called me but i told him to assure me he wont hurt me ever again and take me. He agreed but delayed coming & filed judicial separation and injuction after total of 7 months of separation on false allegations like we wanted him as ghar jamai i used to hit him and his mother badly. Now i wanna know if i file for dowry case and divorce will i get alimony iv done distance mba. Iv all proofs.

You can claim alimony in your husband's judicial separation case.
Most probably if the wife is educated and capable for earning then wife may be not get alimony.
But in this case you are unemployed then you can get alimony.

Yes , you may file divorce case as well as other suit related to offence . and you will get alimony if you able to proof your inocence
