Divorse : If a person have to pay maintenance money and he does not pay and go in jail for some months whether he does not have to pay maintenance money or what action will be taken on that person
Yes, you are liable to pay maintenance according to the court orders. if you still fail to pay maintenance you would be sent back to jail and court may take adverse action against you. you need to abide by the orders of the court.
