If not called can parent appear at the court on date of hearing

can parents personally come and talk in court even if not called on hearing if divorce filed by other spouse.

Dear client if u want to produce yr parents in court then u have to file witness summons application in court and court will call them. u can also file their affidavit regarding whatever they want to dipose in court. For any legal help call them

The question does not clear under what circumstances they will appear. They can come for taking further date mentioning genuine ground and not otherwise. If the cross is to be taken then the parents cannot appear in the box .

Yes parents can come personally in court but for talking court's permission is necessary. In case the court denies permission than at the most parents have a right as a spectator on date of hearing. But if parents are witnesses in the case the court has a right to ask them to sit out of court room in the premises.
