Hello Sir
So sad to hear about your mothe's ill health. Sir even though you married your second wife in the presence of few close friends and family members it is still considered as a legal marriage. The thing is looking at your current scenario I would like to suggest you a way of getting a divorce u/s 9a for restitution of conjugal rights as well as there are certain things that you can do for easy divorce for that we need to connect.
Thank you

U need to take divorce from the second wife directly. As both of you don't want to stay with each other then you both mutually agreed to take mutual consent divorce with in one year. But prior that 6 month separation is required.
